Returns & exchanges

All our items at Iron Apparel and Accessories are custom-made and carefully reviewed to ensure top quality. Before production, we provide a design proof for your approval so your order is exactly what you want. Because each item is personalized, we generally cannot accept returns for changes of mind. If a mistake is made on our end, reach out so we can make it right.

Shipping costs

We calculate shipping at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order to ensure it’s fair and accurate. Free shipping is available within Canada for orders over $150 at Iron Apparel and Accessories.

During special promotions or launch sales, standard shipping charges may still apply, even on discounted items. We do our best to keep costs reasonable while making sure your order arrives safely and securely.
